refactor: remove streaming/hoster features, add proxy checker + JD integration

- Remove Streaming-Suche (all scraper providers, TMDB, aniworld)
- Remove Hoster-Check feature
- Add proxy functionality test: parallel HTTP check via ip-api.com
- Add JDownloader proxy integration: .jdproxies export + MyJD API push
- Clean up nav links (only: Neuer Download | Jobs | Proxies)
